Satyam and SAP form services partnership

Hyderabad-based information technology company Satyam Computer Services has become business software provider SAP AG's global services partner to help Fortune 1,000 companies worldwide to implement SAP solutions. The partnership is focused on enhancing value for customer investments in SAP solutions. SAP will leverage Satyam's industry-specific knowledge and technology expertise in creating vertical solutions for customers across various industries.

Satyam will invest in joint marketing resources and strategic planning to support the growth with SAP and serve customers worldwide. Satyam's strategic investments will be in developing composite solutions with SAP focus on domains such as the automotive, retail, banking, telecom and oil and gas industries, the company stated in a press release.
